Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a senior managerial position in communications with a track record of running multiple accounts.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team and deliver high-quality services to clients across sectors.
• Ability to develop communications strategies for clients.
• Strong verbal and written communications and research skills.
• Knowledge of the new business development process from briefing to delivery.
• Mature decision-making and leadership with diplomacy and trust-building abilities.
• Capable of working in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultancy to clients and regulate workflow to ensure quality and deadlines.
• Supervise a team and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
