Job summary

BAE Systems in Dhahran is seeking a Saudi National Instructor to lead and deliver advanced aircraft armament training. You will supervise students, ensure course objectives are met, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet strict timelines.

The role requires a degree or equivalent in engineering, a military training background or EASA Part 147, and at least 2 years of instructional experience. English proficiency (IELTS 5.0) is required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with aircraft maintenance training.
• At least 5 years' practical experience across armament systems.
• Minimum 2 years teaching/instructional experience within the last 6 years.
• English language proficiency (IELTS 5.0) within the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead specialist training functions and conduct training to satisfy project timescales.
• Develop and deliver new and existing training courses aligned to customer needs.
• Produce training materials, curricula, syllabuses and assessments.
• Provide SME input to bidding and training proposals.
• Use TMIS/LMS to maintain accurate training records and deliver OJT.
• Plan, deliver and supervise courses; counsel students as required.
