As Area Sales Manager for the CTS Division, you will lead a dynamic service sales team to new heights, driving growth in service contracts and advanced services across your territory. You will foster a culture of accountability and ownership, ensuring commitments are met and challenges are addressed proactively. By building strong, inclusive relationships within your team and with customers, you will create an environment where diverse perspectives are valued and collaboration thrives.
You will act as a role model for curiosity and continuous learning, encouraging your team to seek out new market opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends. Your approach will be hands‑on and experimental, always looking for innovative ways to improve processes and deliver exceptional service. You will leverage business intelligence to capture market potential and support your team’s development, working closely with the CTS management team to create tailored growth plans.
Taking personal responsibility for key accounts, you will demonstrate reliability and a results‑driven mindset, while also providing marketing insights to safeguard Atlas Copco’s leading market position. You will champion after‑sales excellence, ensuring customer feedback is acknowledged, acted upon, and used to drive improvement. By planning and prioritizing activities, you will help your team achieve ambitious sales targets, adapting strategies based on feedback and changing customer needs.
You will ensure all sales activities are transparently recorded in the CRM, supporting informed decision‑making and team mobility. Your leadership will maximize revenue and profitability, always guided by Atlas Copco’s values of respect, innovation, and teamwork.
