Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking an Area Maintenance Head to oversee daily maintenance activities for a Petrochemical plant, ensuring safety, environmental & quality standards are met.

The role focuses on preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for mechanical, I/E and rotating equipment, coordinating with contractors to maintain high availability and continuous operation. The candidate will oversee reporting, planning support, and training to ensure safety requirements are followed during job

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Bachelor Degree.

Responsibilities

• Regular reporting in CMMS system regarding maintenance execution at SATORP’s Plant; provide support to planning and scheduling supervisor.
• Manage day to day site activities; coordinate training and safety compliance; support Reliability department for bad actor analysis.

KBR is looking for Area maintenance head to guaranty that daily maintenance activities (corrective, preventive and predictive for mechanical, I/E and rotating equipment) of Petrochemical plant are carried out by Contractor, in compliance with safety, environment and quality rules to assure sector availability, reliability and operation continuity. Responsibilities

• Regular reporting in CMMS system regarding maintenance execution at SATORP’s Plant Provide required supports to planning and scheduling supervisor. Support to company reliability department for bad actor analysis. Prepare weekly report and discuss in Maintenance meeting. Manage day to day site activities. Review and enhance knowledge of personnel by job specific Training by coordinating with Head of HR Stick and conform for follow up of all safety requirements at job execution phase.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Bachelor Degree.
