Job summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a Quality Inspector – Architect responsible for supervising architectural works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and QMS within a PMC environment. The role requires meticulous site inspections and the ability to coordinate with contractors and consultants.

You will review shop drawings, material submittals and method statements, maintain inspection records, and participate in quality coordination meetings to deliver project handover at the highest

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• 6+ years of architectural quality inspection experience on PMC and building projects.
• Knowledge of international building codes and quality management systems.
• Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor construction activities for adherence to project requirements, codes, and best practices.
• Identify, document, and report non-conformities with corrective actions.
• Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical and quality issues.
• Participate in site meetings, progress reviews, and quality coordination sessions.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and documentation in line with procedures.
• Support implementation of the project’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure architectural finishes, materials, and workmanship meet standards.
• Assist in final inspections, snagging, and handover activities.
