Job summary

HanmiGlobal is seeking a Landscape Inspector to assess landscape and public-realm works on site in Saudi Arabia. You will inspect softscape, hardscape, planting, and related activities to ensure compliance with approved designs and ITPs. You will verify materials, witness tests, manage NCRs, and maintain records for timely handover of assets.

Reporting to Quality/Technical Managers, the role emphasizes strong English/Arabic communication and adherence to QA/QC standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Agriculture or Civil Engineering.
• 7+ years with degree, or 12+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Hands-on inspection experience for landscape and public-realm works.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and/or Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Inspect softscape, hardscape, planting and related works per ITPs.
• Verify materials and plant quality against project specs.
• Witness tests and raise/track NCRs through closure.
• Apply inspection checklists and reporting templates consistently.
• Maintain inspection records and support quality reporting.
• Support snagging, punch-list close-out and handover of assets.
