Job summary

HanmiGlobal is seeking a Road Inspector in Saudi Arabia to perform field inspection and quality surveillance for a major road/highway development in Riyadh. The role covers checking contractor conformance with designs, specs, and ITPs, and reporting NCRs.

You will liaise with Resident Engineers and QA/QC personnel, supervise testing, and help ensure timely project delivery across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in road/highway construction inspection or site supervision.
• Knowledge of AASHTO/ASTM or Saudi standards and QA/QC systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field inspections of road and highway construction activities.
• Monitor material sampling and testing per approved standards.
• Review survey data for alignment and levels.
• Manage NCRs and ensure timely close-out.
• Prepare daily/weekly quality and progress reports.
• Witness material tests and review results against criteria.
• Coordinate with site engineers and QA/QC teams.
