Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking Project Managers to join the Al Ula team, contributing to architectural design, technical documentation, and 3D visualization. You will coordinate with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Candidates should have 3–12 years of project management experience, proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit/SketchUp/Rhino, and a strong eye for detail. English fluency and knowledge of KSA codes are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Project Management from a recognized university.
• 3–12 years of professional experience in project/program management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of BIM tools and processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design Support: assist in preparation and development of architectural designs and concepts.
• Technical Documentation: prepare drawings, specifications, and presentations; support tender documents.
• 3D Modelling & Visualization: develop 3D models and visualizations using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino.
• Site Coordination: coordinate between design and construction teams on site implementation.
• Client Liaison: work with clients, consultants and contractors to meet requirements, budget, and timelines.
• Research & Innovation: stay updated with trends and technologies to inform design.
• Sustainability: contribute to sustainable design and compliance with standards.
