Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Design Manager to lead the technical input of a multidisciplinary design team for a complex project. You will ensure outputs are fully coordinated, compliant with contractual and regulatory requirements, and delivered to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities include developing the Design Management Plan, coordinating interfaces with subconsultants and clients, and aligning design deliverables with milestones, approvals, procurement strategy, and construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Strong capability in design management and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical input of the multidisciplinary design team to ensure outputs meet quality, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Develop and manage the Design Management Plan (DMP) aligned with project scope, programme, structure, communication, and client needs.
• Coordinate design interfaces and manage subconsultants and third parties to resolve coordination issues.
• Develop, own, and manage a multidisciplinary design programme aligned with client milestones and procurement strategy.
• Ensure design deliverables are reviewed, approved, and issued per AtkinsRéalis QMS and project procedures.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant design/engineering discipline
