Job summary

Nesma & Partners seeks a capable Engineering Architect to lead architectural design development, oversee multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure compliant, sustainable design across projects.

You will drive coordination with stakeholders, supervise engineers, and guide procurement on design services and materials to meet project requirements. EPC experience is preferred and regulatory knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 6 years’ related experience with 2 years’ supervisory accountability in similar roles.
• Experience in the EPC industry.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise the work of the Engineering team to ensure efficiency and policy alignment.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and constructive feedback to engineers for development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss design requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Coordinate with procurement and contracting to source design services and materials.
• Lead design decision-making and ensure sustainable, compliant architectural solutions.
