Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
15+ years of experience in development strategies for engineering/architecture/design sectors.
KSA / Gulf experience is a must.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of business development, sales, and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive growth.
Establish and manage a robust sales pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, partners and stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare compelling proposals and bids.
Monitor market conditions and adjust strategies to improve win rates.
