Job summary

Parsons is seeking an Architect Engineer (Saudi National) in Saudi Arabia to perform conventional and moderately complex architectural assignments, develop design concepts, and ensure design outputs meet codes and client requirements. You will review drawings and coordinate with engineering and construction teams on site.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field, with 2+ years of experience, and may require professional registration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant architectural or engineering experience.
Professional registration may be required.

Responsibilities

Independently perform a wide variety of architectural assignments by applying standards and techniques.
Exercise discretion and independent judgment in developing original designs.
Review CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
Interface with suppliers and coordinate work with engineering and construction teams on site.
Write construction specifications and prepare detailed requisitions for equipment and materials.
Provide the seal and signature of a professional architect when required by statute or contract.
