Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Architect - Design Services to review design-build submissions, CAD drawings, renderings, and construction documents for major infrastructure and transportation projects in Saudi Arabia. You will support architectural quality, coordination across disciplines, code compliance, and technical documentation in complex project environments.

A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with 8+ years of experience and strong English communication are

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in architectural design, design review, construction documentation, and project delivery.
Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction documentation, technical coordination, and design quality control.
Proficiency in CAD, architectural design software, visualization tools, and presentation software used in architecture/engineering environments.
Professional registration as an Architect is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Review CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and architectural submissions.
Check deliverables for compliance with codes, standards, client specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for design reviews and material assessments.
Coordinate architectural activities with engineering, construction, design management, and project delivery teams.
Review design packages, drawings, specifications for quality and completeness.
Provide guidance to architectural designers and CAD operators.
