Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group is seeking an Arabic-speaking Dedicated Luxury Travel Consultant in Riyadh to join our Luxury Lifestyle Management team. The role covers overnight shifts (20:00–10:00 local Riyadh time) and requires delivering premium service by phone and email in Arabic and English.

You will create tailor-made travel offers, manage itineraries, arrange visas, and coordinate bookings across restaurants, airlines, hotels, and DMOs, while promoting exclusive promotions and events.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English for professional written and spoken communication.
• Experience in luxury travel, concierge, hospitality or high-end customer service.
• Ability to manage end-to-end travel arrangements and complex bookings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for premium customers during overnight hours.
• Advise clients by phone and email in Arabic and English.
• Handle tailor-made travel offers, itineraries, visas and related admin tasks.
• Co-ordinate reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels and DMOs.
• Inform customers about exclusive promotions and events.
