Job summary

Systems Arabia in Saudi Arabia is urgently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM professional with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in both on-premises and cloud environments. Arabic language proficiency and some experience with Dynamics DCC are required; candidates with a transferable Iqama and in-country residency are preferred due to urgent hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience with both on-premises and cloud-based D365 CRM environments.
• Must be an Arabic speaker.
• Must have some experience with Dynamics DCC.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: currently residing in KSA with a transferable Iqama.
• Availability: immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing CRM support and maintenance.
• Work with business stakeholders to enhance CRM functionality and improve user experience.
• Utilize Dynamics DCC experience to support relevant business requirements and processes.
• Assist with system upgrades, deployments, testing, and documentation.
