Job summary

Devoteam Middle East is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end software delivery. You will manage agile planning, coordinate developers, DevOps, and stakeholders, and ensure projects are on time, within scope and budget.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with 7+ years in software project management, and PMP or PMI-ACP certification preferred. This role emphasizes governance, risk management, and driving digital transformation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on experience in managing software applications development or IT-related projects.
Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
PMI-ACP or PMP certification preferred and strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Agile methodologies, establishing clear objectives, sprints, milestones, and delivery timelines.
Define and manage project scope and technical resources, coordinating between developers, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and availability.
Proactively manage risks and mitigate disruptions, specifically addressing security vulnerabilities within a DevSecOps framework and handling scope changes effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating communication between technical teams and stakeholders while providing regular updates on project health and quality control.
Track project progress, adjusting plans when necessary to ensure all software delivery goals and KPIs are met.
Manage project financials and track invoices and milestones to ensure adherence to the financial constraints of the engagement.
Adhere to project management office practices and governance.
