Job summary

Devoteam Middle East is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex software products. You will plan in Agile, coordinate resources, manage risks, and ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery while maintaining strong client communication.

You will apply DevOps/DevSecOps perspectives to drive performance, governance, and digital transformation in a fast-paced environment, with fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software projects and IT-related programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant technical field.
• Subject Matter Expert in Project Management with knowledge of Agile, DevOps and DevSecOps.
• Professional PMP and PMI-ACP certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with fluency in Arabic and English.

As a Project Manager at Devoteam Middle East you will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of complex software products and applications ensuring they are completed on time within scope and on budget. You will lead project planning within Agile frameworks coordinate technical resources manage risks inherent to software lifecycles and maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders. Your role will involve overseeing project performance through DevOps and DevSecOps lenses tracking progress resolving technical bottlenecks and ensuring alignment with client expectations. Additionally you will contribute to improving project management practices and governance within the organization driving impactful digital transformation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead applications development projects from initiation to closure overseeing the full planning execution and delivery of high-quality software products
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Agile methodologies establishing clear objectives sprints milestones and delivery timelines
• Define and manage project scope and technical resources coordinating between developers DevOps engineers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and availability
• Proactively manage risks and mitigate disruptions specifically addressing security vulnerabilities within a DevSecOps framework and handling scope changes effectively
• Serve as the primary point of contact facilitating communication between technical teams and stakeholders while providing regular updates on project health and quality control
• Track project progress adjusting plans when necessary to ensure all software delivery goals and KPIs are met
• Manage project financials and track invoices and milestones to ensure adherence to the financial constraints of the engagement
• Adhere to project management office practices and governance

7+ years of hands-on experience in managing software applications development or IT-related projects, with a strong background in technical leadership.Hold a Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant technical field.Must be a Subject Matter Expert in Project Management with specific knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and DevSecOps integration.Professional certification is required; PMP (Project Management Professional) and PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) are highly preferred.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
