Application Support – Quantity: 2, Salary: Flexible.
Location: Saudi Arabia (SAUDI ONLY).
Responsibilities
- Follow policies and procedures on Change Management and IT Governance standards.
- Review and validate cybersecurity reports, close vulnerabilities, and provide closure reports with evidence.
- Apply development knowledge and manage compiled and configuration files for web applications and web servers.
- Troubleshoot live applications in collaboration with Infrastructure teams (Systems, Networks, IT Security) and provide RCA reports.
- Provide Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex application issues.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application incidents, including software errors, performance issues, and system outages.
- Analyze recurring incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventative measures (Problem Management).
- Monitor application performance, proactively identify potential issues, and take corrective actions.
- Assist users with application-related questions, provide guidance on best practices, and conduct training sessions as needed.
- Participate in the planning, testing, and deployment of application upgrades and patches.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on application configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Coordinate with software vendors for technical support, bug fixes, and resolution of critical issues.
- Contribute to IT projects related to application implementation, integration, and enhancement.
- Stay current with the latest technologies and best practices in application support (Continuous Improvement).
- Engage in regular DevSecOps activities on the development lifecycle and manage pipelines, configurations, and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 1-8 years of experience in application support within a production environment.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS servers management.
- Experience in change management and IT governance.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity report review and vulnerability management.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience with web application configuration and web server management.
