Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Application Monitoring or IT Operations.
• Hands-on experience with APM suites and log management tools.
• Ability to work with monitoring tools and interpret performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application performance metrics continuously.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks for optimization.
• Manage application logs for operational stability.
• Set up and maintain alerting systems for health metrics.
• Log incidents into the incident management system immediately.
• Communicate incidents according to the escalation matrix.
• Collaborate with teams for application stability.
• Provide recommendations to enhance performance and reliability.
