Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT service management within Airline/Aviation.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM principles.
• Experience handling SLAs, KPIs, and escalations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT service delivery for airline/aviation clients.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Ensure services meet SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.
• Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical and operational teams.
