Job summary

Noon Academy in Riyadh is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to own the Math & Quant learning journey for high school students. You will design learner-centred course designs, multimedia assets, assessments, and facilitator guides in collaboration with curriculum leads, product, and engineering.

This remote-first role supports a global delivery cadence and welcomes Riyadh-based applicants who can work from the office or remotely.

Qualifications

Experience designing digital or blended learning for high school students.
Proficiency in learning science and assessment design.
Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end learning experiences including scope, sequence, unit and lesson plans, assessments, and formative checks.
Develop assessment strategies and rubrics to measure mastery and guide improvements.
Collaborate with product and engineering to translate pedagogy into scalable digital experiences and QA learning flows.
Localise learning resources for language and contextual factors.
Run rapid prototyping and user testing with students and teachers to validate decisions.
Train and support teachers on new materials, pedagogical approaches, and EdTech tools.
Use data and qualitative feedback to iterate on curriculum and content for better outcomes.
