Job summary

Noon Academy is seeking an Instructional Designer to design end-to-end learning experiences and align them with Noon learning outcomes. You will work with product and engineering to translate pedagogical designs into scalable digital experiences, and you will prototype, test, and iterate with teachers and students for continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes localising content for language and contextual factors and training teachers on new materials and EdTech tools to enable high-fidelity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, arts, education or related field.
• Experience designing digital or blended learning experiences for high school grades.
• Strong understanding of formative assessment, feedback design and differentiation.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end learning experiences aligned to Noon outcomes.
• Develop assessment strategies and rubrics to measure mastery.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate pedagogy into scalable digital experiences.
• Localise learning resources for language and context.
• Prototype and test with students and teachers to inform improvements.
• Train teachers on new materials and EdTech tools for implementation.
• Use data and feedback to iterate on curriculum and content.
