Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Solutions Delivery Architect (SDA) to join our Professional Services team in the Riyadh region. You will act as the design authority for the portfolio of customer solutions and partner with Solution Architects to validate designs, mentor architects, and ensure solution integrity through implementation.
You’ll collaborate with pre-sales, global Enterprise Architecture, and regional operations, delivering trusted design guidance across AI/ML-powered automation,
Qualifications
- Design and deliver global digital solutions across client engagements.
- Specialist knowledge in Content/Information Management technologies (IDP, ECM, Workflow).
- Strong customer engagement and influence within a complex global organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant cloud/architecture certifications are strongly desired.
- Role requires ~50% regional travel for customer engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead post-sale design journey from requirements validation through UAT and handover.
- Provide technical leadership across AI/ML-powered automation, custom development, and low-code/configuration.
- Ensure design integrity and partner with Enterprise Architecture to apply standard reference architectures.
