Job summary

Synechron Saudi Arabia is seeking an Agentic AI Architect with 15+ years of experience to design and implement agentic AI systems. You will work with LangChain, Camel AI, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex to enable advanced AI automation.

The role involves building cloud-native architectures on AWS or Azure, leading multi-agent orchestration, and mentoring teams. Strong backend skills and frontend integration experience are required.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of agentic AI principles: autonomous reasoning, memory management, tool use, and multi-step planning.
• Hands-on experience with Camel AI or Apache Camel for routing, mediation, and integration.
• Proficiency in LLM orchestration tools (LangChain, AutoGen, MetaGPT, etc.).
• Strong grasp of event-driven architecture and containerized deployments (ECS/EKS).
• Experience with secure API design, RBAC, OAuth, and identity management.
• Familiarity with frontend-backend integration in SaaS environments (React, Next.js, Vue.js).

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Integrate Camel AI for intelligent message routing, event-driven orchestration, and agent communication.
• Design modular, cloud-native architectures (preferably on AWS or Azure) using microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Enable multi-agent collaboration through protocols like MCP and A2A communication.
• Lead backend orchestration using Python, Node.js, or Java (Camel DSL).
• Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless integration via REST/gRPC APIs.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentor engineering teams and define best practices for agentic workflows.
