Job summary

SThree in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced AI Lead to steer client engagements across government, PIF, and the public sector, blending technical depth with strategic advisory.

You will guide AI/ML and data platform initiatives, oversee pilots and POCs, and shape proposals while mentoring teams and aligning solutions with regulatory and privacy needs. Willingness to travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AI, ML, and data platforms.
• Strong consulting, pre-sales, and client-delivery skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and data advisory engagements with public sector clients.
• Identify opportunities for AI and data engagements within government, PIF, and public sectors.
• Prepare tendering proposals on AI and Data Management.
• Lead design and implementation of pilots and POCs for public sector contexts.
• Develop strategic plans to grow AI & Data Management capabilities.
• Mentor teams and guide delivery across engagements.
