Job summary

V2X Inc. in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a skilled AH-64E aircraft maintenance technician to support mission readiness and aircraft availability. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspect and troubleshoot subsystems, and prepare aircraft for inspections in a fast-paced aviation environment.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of AH-64 series experience, FAA A&P and IA certificates, and an Associate (or higher) degree. U.S.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• Must complete Saudi Ministry QVP for visa eligibility.
• Must have U.S. driver's license and passport.
• Must pass medical, drug testing, background checks, etc.
• Demonstrated maintenance experience on AH-64 E aircraft.
• FAA A&P certificate.
• FAA IA certificate.

Responsibilities

• Ensures AH64-E maintenance activities among designated orgs are planned, coordinated, integrated to achieve readiness.
• Maintains compliance with maintenance systems, processes, reports for readiness insight.
• Sets daily maintenance goals and priorities to achieve readiness and training objectives.
• Oversees daily maintenance management of assigned aircraft in support of PC Manager.
• Works within maintenance quality control processes and standards.
• Directs inquiries, investigations, and analysis related to aviation maintenance with PC Manager.
• Coordinates maintenance ops with Aviation Manager and daily/weekly training.
• Ensures all maintenance operations are conducted safely.
• Supports Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) processes as needed.
• Performs duties with significant choice of methods; retains authority to set goals.

Performs aircraft maintenance tasks on the AH-64E as required using the specific OEM Operators Manual, Maintenance Test Flight Manual, Check List Manual, and any other directives pertinent to the environment. Removes and installs aircraft systems and subsystem assemblies and components including engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions, mechanical flight controls and their components. Services and lubricates aircraft systems, subsystems, and components. Prepares aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks. Performs scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance actions. Uses common measuring tools, precision measuring gages and alignment fixtures. Performs aircraft and related components routine and special inspections. Performs maintenance operational checks. Diagnoses and troubleshoots aircraft subsystems using special tools and equipment as required. Uses and performs operator maintenance on tools, special tools and Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) Prepares aircraft maintenance forms and records. Conducts MNG OJT training as required. Ensures that all related maintenance operations are conducted in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that AH64-E Aircraft maintenance functional activities and procedures among designated organizations are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness objectives.
• Responsible for the compliance with established maintenance systems, processes, procedures and reports that provide immediate situational awareness of platform readiness rates.
• Establishes daily maintenance operational goals, objectives and priorities for implementation in-order to achieve stated readiness rates and MNG training objectives as required.
• Oversees the daily maintenance management of individually assigned aircraft in support of the Production Control (PC) Manager.
• Works within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, and standards.
• Directs inquires, investigations, and research analysis related to aviation maintenance of AH64- E Aircraft and supporting maintenance activities to the PC Manager.
• Coordinates activities and requirements for maintenance operations support with the Aviation Manager.
• Coordinates through management for daily and weekly maintenance training activities.
• Ensures all maintenance operations and related maintenance support activities are conducted in a safe manner.
• In coordination with the PC Manager, supports the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) processes and procedures.
• Other tasks as directed by the PC Manager.
• Performs within the broad guidelines of duties and responsibilities with significant choice of methods.
• Retains the authority to select and implement goals and objectives within the execution of duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• As a condition of employment in Saudi Arabia, all candidates must successfully complete the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s Qualification Verification Program (QVP) to ensure eligibility for visa processing and employment authorization.
• Must have U.S drivers license and Passport.
• Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include medical, drug testing, background checks, etc.
• Demonstrated past performance and experience in maintenance in the AH64 E aircraft
• FAA A&P certificate.
• FAA IA certificate.

Experience Requirements

• Three (3) years’ experiences as an aircraft mechanic on AH 64 series and five (5) year's total experience in aviation maintenance.
