A diversified conglomerate group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in agriculture and palm industries to lead projects from conception to completion. You will oversee planning, execution, budgets, risk management, and ensure safety and quality standards while coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management in agriculture/palm industries.
Proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets with stakeholders.
Monitor progress and ensure timelines and budget adherence.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
Communicate updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports.
