Job summary

Burjline Builders is seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee agricultural operations focused on palm trees, fruits, and vegetables in the Riyadh region. The role requires deep agricultural knowledge, strong leadership, and a drive to improve productivity and sustainability across all farming activities.

The successful candidate will lead planting, cultivation, harvesting, distribution, and quality control while collaborating with agronomists to optimize yields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed operational decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all stakeholder levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance agricultural production for palm trees, fruits, and vegetables.
• Lead and manage all aspects of agricultural operations including planting, cultivation, harvest, and distribution.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with agronomists to optimize crop yields and sustainability practices.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and stakeholders in agriculture.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster excellence and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to implement best practices.
• Report to the executive team with insights into performance and strategic direction.
