Job summary

Qureos in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Agriculture & Palm to lead projects from conception to delivery. You will oversee planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced farming environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Agriculture, 5+ years of PM experience in agriculture/palm sectors, strong leadership and PM tool proficiency; PMP is a plus. This full-time role offers growth, competitive salary, and benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.
5+ years in project management, preferably in the agriculture or palm industries.
Proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders and senior management.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
Manage project budget and expenses, track project costs, and provide regular financial reports.
