Job summary

Lucid Motors in Riyadh is seeking an Aftersales Process Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize service center processes across LABRC, PDI, and service parts activities.

You will support the Aftersales Program Manager with engineering analysis, process design, validation, and continuous improvement to ensure scalable, high‑quality aftersales operations aligned with Lucid engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in process engineering, automotive service operations, aftersales engineering, or manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience analyzing service KPIs and working across engineering, quality, logistics, and service teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, standardize, and document end-to-end service processes including diagnosis, repair workflows, quality checks, and TAT.
• Analyze repair cycle times and throughput to improve operational efficiency and reduce customer wait times.
• Develop and optimize processes related to PDI, warranty repairs, and workshop operations in alignment with Lucid engineering standards.
• Create PFMEAs, control plans, SOPs, and work instructions for aftersales processes using Lucid’s methodologies.
• Provide data analysis, process insights, and engineering inputs to support program planning and execution.
• Translate engineering solutions into practical service center workflows and support continuous improvement.
