Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking an Aftersales Process Engineer to design, implement, and optimize service center processes across diagnosis, repair workflows, and PDI. You will analyze cycle times, improve throughput, and ensure alignment with Lucid engineering standards.

The role requires applying PFMEA, control plans, and SOPs, collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Parts Operations, and Field Support to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in process engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, standardize, and document end-to-end service processes.
• Analyze repair cycle times and throughput to improve efficiency.
• Develop and optimize processes related to PDI, warranty repairs, and workshop operations.
• Create PFMEAs, control plans, SOPs, and work instructions for aftersales processes.
