Job summary

Moomoo Arabia Capital, part of FUTU Group, is building a local team to deliver world-class advisory services in Saudi Arabia. You will lead, design, and scale the licensed advisory business line in Riyadh, reporting to the CEO, and ensure compliance with market conduct and client protection rules.

The role includes advisory governance, portfolio construction, disclosure standards, and policy enforcement, plus scaling the team, product alignment, and regulatory representation with CMA.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in advisory and capital markets.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Has CME-1 A&B Certificate.
• Prior experience at an asset management firm, wealth management platform, or investment bank preferred.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of advisory policies, KYC, suitability frameworks, and internal controls.
• Must meet CMA fit-and-proper requirements.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Advisory Governance & Suitability: design and oversee client risk-profiling and suitability assessment frameworks prior to issuing advice.
• Portfolio Construction: structure diversified asset allocation strategies and model portfolios aligned with client risk boundaries.
• Disclosure Standards: review and approve all advisory disclosures, fee structures, and conflicts of interest logs.
• Policy Enforcement: collaborate with Compliance and Risk to maintain a zero-breach environment across advisory activities.
• Business & Team Scaling: recruit, train, and manage a lean team of certified investment advisors as the business grows.
• Product Alignment: work with regional product teams to localize advisory, wealth tools, and market insights for Saudi users.
• Client Engagement: manage relationships with premium/HNW platform investors, providing macro market insights.
• Regulatory Representation: serve as the technical point of contact for CMA inspections/audits.

• Regulatory Representation: Act as the technical point of contact for the advisory business line during routine CMA inspections and audits

Requirements

• Prior experience at an asset management firm, wealth management platform, or investment bank (institutional coverage) strongly preferred
• Demonstrated working knowledge of advisory policies, procedures, KYC, suitability frameworks, and internal controls
• Must meet the CMA's fit-and-proper requirements
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required
