Job summary

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Instructor Pilot (Advanced) for the Hawk in Tabuk to deliver advanced flying training to RSAF and BAE students in accordance with RSAF and BAES SA rules and procedures.

Qualified Flying Instructor (QFI), QWI or FCI on Fast Jet, plus completion of an instructional tour, and strong people development skills are required. Expatriate packages include salary, rent-free accommodation, and access to recreation facilities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Flying Instructor (QFI), Qualified Weapons Instructor (QWI), Fighter Combat Instructor (FCI) or equivalent on Fast Jet aircraft.
• Must have completed one Instructional tour.
• Currency and Instructional experience commensurate with RAF standards.
• Strong people development competencies and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate, influence and direct Saudi cadets both in air and ground.
• Computer competency in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute primary duty as Hawk Instructor in accordance with RSAF and BAES SA rules and regulations.
• Deliver flying training instruction to RSAF and BAE Students IAW RSAF/BAES SA guidelines.
• Plan, schedule and manage flying training and publications/documents.
• Maintain Squadron history records and trainee records.
• Develop and maintain diplomatic relations with RSAF Officers and Trainees.
