Job summary

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Instructor Pilot (Basic) to deliver flight and ground training to cadets on PC-21 aircraft in Al-Majmaah. You will conduct instructional missions, ensure safety per RSAF regulations, and collaborate with the Sqn Supervisor to maintain high-quality cadet development.

Applicants should have RAF A2 instructor qualification, 1500+ total hours (800 fixed wing) and 400 Basic instructional hours, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Be a highly experienced military or ex-military Flying Instructor with an RAF A2 instructor qualification (or equivalent) for Basic instruction.
• Total flying hours: minimum 1500, with 800 on fixed wing.
• Minimum 400 total Basic instructional hours.
• Maximum contracted age 51.

Responsibilities

• Deliver flight and ground training to cadets per RSAF syllabi.
• Perform flying operations and cadet training per regulations.
• Identify aviation safety risks and mitigate as needed.
• Provide ground training lectures and simulated missions to cadets.
• Maintain cultural awareness and adapt to customer needs.
