Job summary

DARCO | داركو in Jeddah seeks a qualified AP Accountant to join the Finance Department with solid experience in contracting, specifically in residential building projects. You will manage supplier invoices, POs, and payments with accuracy.

You will reconcile supplier accounts, support month-end closing, and collaborate with procurement to resolve discrepancies. Strong Excel skills and English communication are essential for timely reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of accounts payable experience in contracting.
• Practical experience using ERP systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Process supplier invoices and payment requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain and reconcile supplier accounts and monitor outstanding balances.
• Ensure timely processing of supplier payments and resolve discrepancies when necessary.
• Record accounts payable transactions accurately in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with procurement and other departments regarding invoices, payments, and supplier account discrepancies.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare accounts payable reports as required.
