Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable to lead our finance team in Riyadh and ensure accurate, timely processing of invoices and payments. You will drive process improvements, maintain strong vendor relationships, and uphold internal controls in a dynamic environment.

You will audit AP activities, support month-end close, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies while ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in accounts payable, finance, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, internal controls, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the accounts payable team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Review and approve vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Manage communications with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Maintain accurate vendor information and records in the accounting system.
• Conduct regular audits of accounts payable transactions to ensure internal controls are followed.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Prepare reports and analyze accounts payable data to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement.
• Keep up to date with best practices and regulatory requirements relevant to accounts payable management.
