Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable to lead our finance team and ensure accurate, timely processing of invoices and payments. You will oversee AP activities, drive process improvements, maintain strong vendor relationships, and support month-end close while upholding internal controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• Minimum 5 years in accounts payable or related finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the accounts payable team for accurate and timely processing.
• Review and approve vendor invoices in line with policies.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records in the accounting system.
• Audit AP transactions to ensure internal controls.
• Assist month-end and year-end closing related to AP.
• Prepare reports and analyze AP data for trends and improvements.
• Stay updated on AP best practices and regulatory requirements.
