To lead financial and accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reports. The role focuses on financial planning and funding management to support the company's sustainability and growth.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include analyzing the financial performance of events and projects, and proposing innovative funding strategies to maximize returns and minimize risks in line with the company's long-term goals. Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards. Prepare financial statements and periodic/analytical reports and submit them to senior management. Develop strategies to manage cash flows and ensure sufficient liquidity for running projects and events. Study financing opportunities and negotiate with financial institutions to secure the best solutions. Develop financial policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and risk reduction. Prepare financial and investment feasibility studies to support expansion decisions or launching new events. Monitor budgets, track variances, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions. Provide financial advice to senior management and support strategic planning. Develop financial models to forecast revenues and costs and monitor financial performance. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial systems in the Kingdom. Lead and develop the finance team and build their capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role in events or project sectors. Strong financial analysis and modeling skills. Experience in cash flow management, financial planning, and funding. Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo). Deep knowledge of accounting and tax regulations in the Kingdom.
