Job summary

Work in USA is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role emphasizes independent work and multitasking across financial processes, including AR/AP, payroll, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.

The successful candidate should have at least two years of accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred but not required; immigrant candidates are welcome. Salary is 1,300 SAR per month.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in accounting and financial record-keeping.
• Experience preparing and maintaining financial records including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, invoices, bank statements, and other documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, payroll and invoices.
• Prepare monthly reports for management review and assist with annual audits.
• Assist with budgeting activities or special projects as needed.
