About the Role - Account Management:
As an Account Manager as part of RBS (Retail Business Services) VSP (Vendor Success Program) Team, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy for managing vendors for Amazon Retail US. The candidate will thrive in an ambiguous environment where they must develop, implement, and iterate on business strategies to deliver growth and positive experience for sellers. This person has relentlessly high standards and operates as a business owner who understand key levers to achieve results through their team. You will engage directly with Amazon’s vendors and multiple internal teams to enable Amazon’s vendors growth on Amazon. You will utilize a wide range of negotiation skills and work across major functional areas to drive the performance of vendor partners at Amazon. In this role you will be focused on growing our business with Amazon vendor partners. Also you will look into operational aspects of their business with Amazon, root cause analysis of issues and opportunities affecting the vendor’s business. Please note that you will be expected to specifically work on transactional but business critical activities and have a hands-on approach. Timings will be as per USA shift, 04:00 pm IST to 01:00 am IST
This role requires employees to work from our Amazon BLR office. (RTO)
- Bachelor\'s degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- 3+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
- Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders driving resolutions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with excellent verbal and written communication
