Role Description The Accommodation Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region. The associate will oversee daily accommodation operations, including room assignments, check-in and check-out processes, and coordination of catering and transportation services. This role involves responding to resident inquiries, handling service requests, and ensuring a positive living experience through timely problem resolution. The associate will monitor occupancy, maintain accurate records, and support contract administration and compliance with company policies and safety standards. Collaboration with internal teams and service providers will be essential to optimize operational efficiency and improve processes.
