Job summary

Mullers Solutions 1 is seeking a seasoned Windows Server Administrator to provide 24/7 support for enterprise server environments in Riyadh. You will install, configure, manage, operate, and maintain Windows Server systems and clusters, ensuring stability through patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting, including SAP on Windows.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT, 3–5+ years of experience, and the ability to work in a 24/7/365 shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• 3–5+ years of enterprise Windows Server administration experience.
• Proficient with Windows Server OS installation, patching, monitoring and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, manage, operate, and maintain Windows Server systems and clusters.
• Provide 24/7/365 operation support and incident response; monitor logs and performance.
• Support SAP environments on Windows; collaborate with ERP, apps, DB and hosting teams.
• Manage Active Directory, group policies, and user accounts; maintain documentation.
