Job summary

A recruitment firm is seeking a Deputy Manager & Document Controller for a solar PV energy project in Qatar. This full-time role requires overseeing project documentation and supporting the Site Manager with administrative tasks. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in document control or project support, preferably in energy or infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in document control, administration, or project support, preferably in energy, solar, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and control all project documentation, including drawings, reports, and permits.
  • Assist in scheduling, reporting, and coordination activities.
  • Ensure proper filing, retrieval, and version control of records.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for document approvals and follow-up actions.
  • Support EPC supervision to ensure works meet project requirements and timelines.
