Medical Director — Wellness & Hospitality Leader (Qatar)

A leading consulting firm in Qatar is seeking an experienced Medical Director to provide high-quality medical care and lead a team of wellness experts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner or Internist, with a strong knowledge of the healthcare and wellness industry. Competitive compensation and benefits package includes a monthly salary and allowances.

- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner or Internist post-certification.
- Experience in the wellness industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in General Medicine.
- QCHP licensed.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare and wellness industry.
- Leadership experience in a specialty (preferred).
- Proficiency with electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar applications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsabilidades
- Deliver high-quality care and conduct follow-ups.
- Regularly assess in-house guests and coordinate with teams.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings for patient care planning.
- Document clinical information accurately and timely.
- Provide consultation services within the department.
- Engage in education and research activities to enhance wellness practice.
