A leading consulting firm in Qatar is seeking an experienced Medical Director to provide high-quality medical care and lead a team of wellness experts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner or Internist, with a strong knowledge of the healthcare and wellness industry. Competitive compensation and benefits package includes a monthly salary and allowances.

Benefits

Basic Monthly Salary: QR 22,000 – 25,000

Accommodation Allowance: QR 9,000 monthly

Transport Allowance: QR 2,000 monthly

Mobile Allowance: QR 250

Educational Support: QR 40,000 annual maximum for one child

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner or Internist post-certification.
• Experience in the wellness industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in General Medicine.
• QCHP licensed.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare and wellness industry.
• Leadership experience in a specialty (preferred).
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar applications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and conduct follow-ups.
• Regularly assess in-house guests and coordinate with teams.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings for patient care planning.
• Document clinical information accurately and timely.
• Provide consultation services within the department.
• Engage in education and research activities to enhance wellness practice.
