Role Summary
The Site Construction Manager will oversee all on-site construction activities for the BESS installation, ensuring strict compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. This role serves as the primary point of contact for site operations and coordinates between contractors, vendors, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations for BESS installation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely execution of works.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
  • Resolve site-related issues promptly and proactively.
  • Supervise EPC progress, ensuring compliance with approved engineering documents and layouts.
