Key Responsibilities

Delivery Platforms & Digital Operations: Monitor all delivery platforms (Snoonu, Talabat, Rafeeq, Keeto, Deliveroo) and ensure menus, photos, and product listings are accurate and regularly updated. Add new items, remove discontinued ones, and maintain consistent branding and presentation across all platforms. Review customer comments and feedback and coordinate with the Operations Manager to resolve any concerns promptly.

Operational Oversight

Oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of all company locations, as well as staff accommodations. Coordinate with vendors and visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department or person. Arrange and distribute operational supplies, packaging, and materials as requested by team members.

Inventory & Logistics

Maintain accurate inventory records for packaging materials, catering equipment, and operational supplies. Monitor GWC stock levels and coordinate with the Accountant for replenishment when required. Liaise with the supplier to obtain monthly closing stock reports and share them with the Accountant for verification.

Administrative & Communication Support

Check and respond to all operations-related emails after consulting with the Operations Manager. Support communication between branches to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Provide reception coverage when needed and assist with day-to-day operational queries.

Reporting & Accountability

Reports directly to the Operations Manager. Ensures all assigned tasks are completed in line with company policies, quality standards, and deadlines.
