We are seeking a highly skilled Aruba Certified Expert - Campus Access Switching (ACX-CAS) to join our dynamic IT Services team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Aruba's campus switching solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of network architecture, design, and implementation. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our clients' network performance and reliability, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal user experiences. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and project managers, to deliver innovative networking solutions tailored to meet specific business needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and maintain Aruba campus access switching solutions to enhance network performance.
2. Conduct thorough assessments of existing network infrastructures, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
3. Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
4. Work closely with clients to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
5. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and best practices.
6. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Aruba networking products.
7. Train and mentor junior engineers on Aruba technologies and best practices.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within deadlines and budgets.
9. Participate in pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise and support to the sales team.
10. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience working with Aruba campus access switching technologies, preferably in a consulting or enterprise environment.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
4. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
5. Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
6. Relevant certifications, such as Aruba Certified Expert or equivalent, are highly desirable.
7. Ability to adapt to changing technologies and business needs rapidly.
8. Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and solutions.
9. Experience with network monitoring and management tools to ensure optimal network performance.
10. Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and project implementations.
