Job summary

A leading safety management company in Doha seeks an experienced HSE Manager to supervise health and safety programs. The ideal candidate will manage risk assessments, conduct safety inspections, and oversee the implementation of health and safety plans. Applicants should have at least 12 years of experience, including 5 years in a managerial role within infrastructure projects, and a strong understanding of performance-based contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years’ experience, mainly in Roads Operations & Maintenance.
• At least 5 years’ experience as HSE Manager in large scale projects.
• Proven track record in managing HSE systems with a zero accident approach.

Responsibilities

• Implement health, Safety & Environmental management system at project sites.
• Develop project health and safety plan.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and compile reports.
