Job summary

A leading offshore services company in Qatar is seeking a Scaffolder specialized in hot and cold work for offshore shutdowns. The successful candidate will be responsible for erecting and modifying scaffolding structures, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience, relevant certifications, and abilities in scaffolding design and inspections. This role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to offshore protocols in a challenging environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in offshore or oil & gas scaffolding, with at least 3 years in shutdown projects.
  • CISRS Advanced Scaffolder certification or equivalent (OPQT Level 2/3) required.
  • Mandatory certifications: BOSIET/HUET and H2S/BA.

Responsibilities

  • Build, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding for hot and cold work zones.
  • Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy scaffolding standards and OSHA regulations.
  • Conduct daily scaffold inspections and maintain records of compliance.
